A night meant for celebration at Burnsville High School quickly turned chaotic Friday as multiple fights and gunfire broke out just 30 minutes after the 2025 graduation ceremony ended. Around:30 p.m., police already on site for the event responded immediately to the disturbance west of the school, joined by officers from several agencies.
Four individuals, all years old, were taken into custody in connection with the incident. Two of the suspects face charges related to a drive-by shooting and possessing a dangerous weapon on school property, while another is being held for federal weapons violations. The fourth was arrested for trespassing Authorities recovered a single firearm at the scene, but no injuries were reported.
