AUSL Softball’s First Season Kicks Off—But Who Will Dominate the Standings?

The Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) has launched its inaugural professional season, bringing elite women’s softball to cities across the country. The 2025 AUSL schedule features four teams—Bandits, Blaze, Talons, and Volts—battling through a 24-game regular season from June to July 24, with matchups in Rosemont, Wichita, Sulphur, Chattanooga, Norman, Omaha, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Round Rock, and Tuscaloosa.

The league’s format includes a points-based system and a three-game championship series in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, from July 26 to July 28. Fans can catch the action live, with regular-season games and the championship airing on ESPN2 and ESPNU The AUSL features top talent, including 50 NCAA All-Americans and standout players from recent collegiate champions, with softball legends like Jennie Finch and Natasha Watley advising the league.

Tonight’s games see the Talons facing the Bandits in Rosemont and the Volts taking on the Blaze in Wichita, setting the stage for a summer of high-stakes, professional softball competition.
