On Saturday, Indiana secured a 13-6 overtime win over Michigan at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor.

Redshirt senior quarterback Josh Hoover led the Hoosiers, while Michigan started freshman quarterback Tommy Carr.

The Hoosiers led 6-3 and had just 49 yards of offense in the second half.

With 1:15 remaining in regulation, Michigan snapped the ball from the Indiana 4‑yard line.

Indiana’s defense kept Michigan out of the end zone, turning away four red‑zone trips during the game.

Tyrique Tucker stuffed Michigan’s first play of the overtime period, and junior linebacker Rolijah Hardy sacked Carr on the second play.

Defensive lineman Tobi Osunsanmi recorded his eighth sack of the season during the decisive moments.

"We talk about being a bend don't break type of unit," Hardy said postgame.

Following the victory, Indiana rose to No. 4 in the AP Poll.
