Lions Edge Packers in NFC North as Week 6 Concludes

The Detroit Lions defeated the Green Bay Packers 20-17, moving the Lions to a 4-2 record and keeping them in contention within the NFC North.

The victory came after the Lions returned from a bye week, while the Packers fell to 3-3 following the loss.

Earlier in the season, the Packers had beaten the Chicago Bears 31-?? in Week 5, a win that moved Green Bay into second place in the early NFC North race.

Both outcomes leave the NFC North standings tightly grouped as the season progresses.
