Andor Season 2 Release Time Revealed: Diego Luna's Final Star Wars Chapter Arrives

Disney+ has confirmed Andor Season 2 will premiere on Tuesday, April, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT, with the first three episodes dropping simultaneously. The remaining nine episodes will roll out in three-episode batches weekly, concluding on May 135.

The 12-episode final season, starring Diego Luna as Cassian Andor, bridges the gap to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, chronicling his transformation into a Rebel Alliance leader. Alan Tudyk reprises his role as K-2SO, while Ben Mendelsohn returns as Death Star architect Orson Krennic.

Release schedule:

• April 22: Episodes 1–3

• April 29: Episodes 4–6

• May 6: Episodes 7–9

• May 13: Episodes 10–12

Viewers can stream the series exclusively on Disney+, requiring a subscription starting at $9.99/month. The season spans four years in-universe, leading directly into Rogue One’s events, with creator Tony Gilroy teasing "significant" cameos from the film.

Critics have hailed Andor as Disney’s best Star Wars project, praised for its gritty storytelling and political intrigue. The final season promises heightened stakes as the Rebellion takes shape against the Galactic Empire.
