Marvel Rivals Season 2.5: Ultron Arrives—But What Else Is Changing?

Marvel Rivals Season.5 officially launched on May 30, 2025, bringing a wave of fresh content and major gameplay adjustments. The headline addition is Ultron, a new Strategist hero now available for all players. Ultron’s kit focuses on energy beams, flight, and drone-based support, giving teams new tactical options and shaking up the current meta.

Alongside Ultron, the update introduces the Arakko map, a battleground inspired by Marvel lore, and significant balance changes affecting more than half the hero roster.
