Brewers Lead Series 2-0 as Game 3 Approaches at Tropicana Field

Game 3 Preview

Milwaukee leads the Series 2-0 as the World Series moves to Tropicana Field for Game 3 on Monday, Oct. 26, with first pitch set for 8 p.m. ET.

Freddy Peralta will be Tampa Bay’s starting pitcher in Game 3.

“I feel like he’s kind of come back to being Freddy Peralta with us,” Rays manager Kevin Cash said.

The Brewers have never won a World Series, having lost their only prior appearance in 1982 (defeated by the St. Louis Cardinals in seven games).

The Rays are 0-2 across their two World Series appearances, with losses to the Dodgers in 2020 (4‑2) and the Phillies in 2008 (4‑1).

The World Series is a best‑of‑seven series. The first team to win four games wins the series.
