Police Respond to Dispute at Winter Park Youth Soccer Game Involving 3-Year-Old Player

On Saturday, October 24, 2026, a youth soccer game was held at Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Winter Park, Florida.

The game featured a three‑year‑old player named Nevada Pierre, whose dribbling and scoring were captured in a video that later went viral.

A league official reported that Nevada kept pushing other children and that the parents created a “big scene,” leading the official to request that the family leave the field.

The league director also said the child was removed “due to behavior” and that the parents were “upset with their son’s playing time.”

The Winter Park Police Department received a call for assistance from the sports director and dispatched deputies to the park.

Upon arrival, officers found the parents already leaving the park of their own accord and determined the incident was a civil matter between the league and the family.

Police noted that no one was arrested, no trespassing occurred, and the family was cooperative.

The league offered the family a refund of the registration costs.

Body‑camera footage released by the department confirmed these details.
