Baltimore Weather Shifts to Dry, Cooler Conditions Through Weekend

Rain is gradually moving eastward and out of Maryland, and forecasters advise a mostly dry forecast for Baltimore City.

Temperatures are expected to cool through the 60s and dip into the 50s this evening, with clouds remaining in place through much of the night.

The upcoming weekend is projected to be dry and seasonably cool. Saturday morning will feature clouds and a few sprinkles, giving way to abundant sunshine by mid‑morning. Afternoon highs will reach the low to mid‑60s, accompanied by an occasionally gusty breeze.

Sunday will bring more sunshine and a chilly breeze. Morning lows are forecast to bottom out in the low to mid‑40s, while afternoon temperatures will sit in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Cool, breezy and mostly sunny weather is expected to linger into Monday.

Tuesday may see a slight warming trend before cooler weather returns by the end of the workweek. A later storm system could introduce possible showers and, for areas north or northeast of Maryland, the potential for wintry weather. Weekend afternoons are likely to stay in the 40s to lower 50s, with a chance of the season’s first frost or freeze in the mornings.
